Hey! So here’s the lowdown on how Cool Havn runs this site. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we're talkin' about Cool Havn. You're the one browsing, buying, scrolling — aka, the "user." And by hanging around or placing an order, you're agreeing to our rules. Cool? Cool.

New features? Yep, they're still under the same terms. We might tweak things here and there, and it's kinda your job to stay in the loop. We post changes right here. If you're still using the site after that? You're good with the updates.

FYI: This whole thing runs on Shopify. It powers our store, helps process payments, and keeps things smooth behind the scenes.

Using Our Site

By using this site, you’re saying you’re at least 18, or you have a parent saying it’s okay. Don’t do illegal stuff here. No hacking, spreading viruses, or doing shady things. If you do, we'll have to cut you off — instantly.

We Can Say No

We can refuse service to anyone, anytime. Sometimes content might go through different networks and devices, but your credit card info? Always encrypted. Please don’t copy, sell, or mess with anything here unless we say it's fine.

Not Always Perfect

We do our best to make sure info here is right, but sometimes there might be a mistake. Stuff changes, things get outdated, or typos sneak in. If you're unsure about something, feel free to double-check with us.

Prices + Changes

Stuff might go up or down in price without warning. We might pause or stop a product or service at any time too. Not ideal, but hey — it happens.

Products

Some items are only online and may not stick around forever. Colors? We try to show them right, but screens are weird. We can also limit who gets to buy what, and how many. Not to be rude, but just to keep things fair.

Billing Stuff

If we think something looks fishy (like you're trying to bulk order or resell), we might cancel it. Make sure your contact and payment info is up to date so we can reach you if we need to.

Third-Party Tools

Sometimes we let you use third-party tools. We don’t control them, and we don’t take responsibility if they mess up. Use at your own risk.

You might see links that go off to other websites. We don't own those, so we can’t promise what you’ll find there. If you buy something from a third-party, take it up with them, not us.

Send us ideas, reviews, or whatever? We can use 'em however we want. You won’t get paid, and we might not respond, but we still appreciate the feedback. Just don’t post anything offensive or fake, and definitely no spam or viruses.

Oops, Errors Happen

Typos, pricing goofs, or wrong shipping times might pop up. We can correct these without warning, even after you've ordered. We don’t promise to update everything all the time, but we try.
